Gravity conveyors
Gravity conveyors rely on gravity for moving the products from one place to another. Rollers mounted on the conveyor spin allowing the objects to slide when pushed. Being one of the simplest conveyor types, gravity conveyors are a great starting point for improving processing plant efficiency.
Conveyor belts
Conveyor belts move objects from one end to another using a belt mounted on top of closely spaced rollers or a solid plate. Varied speed settings make it one of the most common conveyor types.
Modular conveyors
Modular conveyors are more sophisticated conveyors systems. Combining modules with different conveyors allows a virtually three dimensional movement. Their moving surface is great for products of different shapes and textures. Liquids can drip through the porous surface of the chain.
Screw systems are used for simultanoeus moving and cooling of food products. In the case of fish products it is also used for bleeding.

The bleeding tanks are a perfect on-board solution for fishing vesels as well as on-shore fish factories.
Through gentle handling of the fish the tanks automate a big part of gutting and bleeding process, which allows the fish to stay fresh longer. With controled bleeding time, anks are easy to use, maintain, and completely safe to operate.
Chilling tank
Chilling tank is the perfect solution for cooling freshly caught fish or seafood, fresh meat and vegetables. The immersion chilling system ensures compact, fast and reliable chilling. The tank ensures a gentle handling of products with full control of the chilling time.
The tank is easy and safe to use. The cooling temperature is maintained by ice or cold-water heat exchanger.

This high speed fish descaling machine is equipped with four descaling spindles, two above and two under the fish, with different geometries, to descale high and narrow fish.
Haddock, Ocean perch, Tilapia and similar species will be descaled cleanly and efficiently. The speed through the machine is adjustable by one button. Suitable for installation on and off shore.
